Founded in 2012 by Professor Jiju Antony in Glasgow, the International Conference on Operational Excellence in Education has established itself as the leading global forum dedicated to advancing research, innovation and best practice in operational excellence within educational settings. Over the past fifteen years, the conference has brought together academics, policymakers, educational leaders, researchers and practitioners from around the world to explore how continuous improvement methodologies can drive excellence in education and improve outcomes for learners. The 2027 conference, jointly chaired by Dr Stephen Antony (Chairman of ISSP) and Professor Jiju Antony (VP of Research, International Academy for Quality), represents the eighth edition of this internationally respected event and is expected to attract delegates from across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. The programme will feature a distinguished line-up of international keynote speakers, alongside the presentation of peer-reviewed research papers, making it one of the most significant gatherings of scholars and educational improvement practitioners in the field.
