Over the last few years, many organisations have invested heavily in Lean Six Sigma training. Yellow Belts, Green Belts and Black Belts continue to provide an excellent foundation for improvement professionals.
However, one challenge is frequently reported by both practitioners and employers:

To help address this, the Institute of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSP) is launching a new portfolio of specialist skills workshops designed to build practical capability in areas that are often critical to successful improvement programmes.
These courses are designed for certified practitioners, improvement specialists, operational leaders and anyone looking to strengthen specific aspects of their Continuous Improvement toolkit.
